Item Description
Original mailer box contains folder and set of five 4" tall painted wood/composition totem poles. Issued in 1952 by Quaker Puffed Wheat and Rice. Associated with Sgt. Preston, but no reference to him. Totem pole names are: "Thunderbird, The Fight With The Land Otters, Burial Pole, Killer Whale, Sun, Raven." Each is nicely detailed. Paper thoroughly describes each totem pole and includes order coupon noting that they were available for 25¢ each or $1.00 for the complete set plus box top. Just the tiniest traces of wear with some paint rubs on raised areas. N. Mint. Rarely found this nice.
