Box insert includes image of eyeball and originally contained the playing pieces which were meant to be separated at perforations. This has been done to the 7" dia. spinner as well as the "Closed Door" blocking cards. Complete with 4 generic plastic markers and 2 generic small box inserts that hold pieces. Exc. Classic TV game.
