Published by Timely Publications (which would later become Marvel Comics) Sep., 1940. Issue features first appearance of Marvel Boy by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. Issue also features Flying Flame, Dynaman and Stuporman. The Fiery Mask makes his only appearance in this issue. Great action cover by Simon & Kirby. Handling wear with pinch creases at spine and scattered dust soiling to cover. Two tiny tears at top staple. 1" crease in lower right-hand corner. VG.
