Item Description
Lot of two. First is 21" long felt w/silk screen design of silver bells and holly leaves and berries w/text "Walt Disney's Xmas Surprise Stocking." 1930s. Obvious aging, wear and fading. Bottom edge has 2" fabric tear. Good. Scarce. Second is 15.5" long cotton w/silk screen design on each side. Top reads "Greetings To Our Friends/The Salvation Army/New Brunswick." Image on one side depicts Santa Claus standing next to a reindeer and talking to the Seven Dwarfs while the other side is image of Santa w/Three Caballeros, above him are Pinocchio portrait and Fantasia Cupids. At bottom tip of each side are images of coins w/text "Pennies From Heaven." c. 1945. Noticeable aging and scattered tan spots. Images remain strong. VG. First we've seen.
