Item Description
Same design as previous item #1739 although much larger 12x15" size, portraits are bw rather than full color. Center text is the same except additional note of "Hartford, Connecticut" along w/facsimile signature of Chairman War Finance Committee of Connecticut. Also has title at top "Bonds For Babies." Dated 3/44. Unused. Paper is aged and has moderate margin/handling wear. A few small margin tears w/tape repairs to reverse. VG. Rare.
