Item Description
12" tall tin litho, unmarked but by Wolverine. c. 1930s. Interesting double action of windmill moving on one side and Dutch boy w/lever and wheel action on reverse. Base depicts Dutch street scenes. Sand enters through top, continues through toy to produce the two actions and exits by a chute on side. Lt. wear including 2" scratch on one side. Scattered pinpoint paint nicks overall. Still a nice display piece. Fine/VF.
