Item Description
7.75x10.25x2.5" deep original box contains ten of twelve 2.5" tall ornaments. Plastic silver bells feature 1x1.5" deep color decal of KFS comic characters w/Christmas greetings. Box shows lt. wear and dust soiling. Fine. Characters include Rip Kirby, Snuffy Smith, Flash Gordon, Little Iodine, Henry, Popeye, Prince Valiant, Beetle Bailey, Blondie, Buz Sawyer. Missing Steve Canyon and Bringing Up Father. This KFS promotional set was sent to newspaper comic editors. c. late 1940s. Box is complete w/original dividers. Ornaments shows scattered wear w/silver luster loss. Fine-VF overall.
