Item Description
15-piece tea set, each marked with Rose O'Niell copyright. c. 1930s. Set includes 3.75" tall teapot, 2.75" tall covered sugar bowl, 2.25" tall creamer, four 1.25" tall tea cups, four 3.25" dia. saucers and four 4.25" dia. saucers. Each piece (with exception of coverings) has scenes showing Kewpie characters with ducks, cats, turtle, bird and insects. One tea cup has .25" chip to inside lip. Teapot has broken handle, missing 1" segment. Good/VG. Lt. traces of wear but overall set displays Exc. Comes in original non-descript box with "Nifty" name and "Toy Tea Set" label marked "Made In Japan." Box has corner split and warping with surface paper chips. VG.
