10.5x14" Canadian cloth-bound hardcover book. Printed (in French) by Librairie Beauchemin Limitée 1916. Book features well-done caricatures of important political figures of Canada and includes a nice bw photo of Julien in front cover. Aside from caricatures, cartoons dealing with Canadian topics also appear. Nice scene of frightened man being attacked by skeleton in cage. Front cover about half way detached from split to interior frontispage. Cover shows wear/aging and is Fine- with Exc. contents. Additional photos online.
