Complete set from the 1930s made in Japan and distributed by Borgfeldt. Box label features image of the set along w/number "66/1858." Label has inked name at top center, partially removed. Scattered trace of wear/aging but remains tight. VF. Set consists of pair of bisques in seated position, each 3" tall. These come w/set of furniture made of reed/wood w/fabric covering consisting of two chairs and a table. Also has seven-piece bisque tea set consisting of teapot, creamer, sugar, two cups and two saucers, all contained in original cardboard box insert. One plate has a small chip. Figures have small scattered paint rubs but remain clean. Set overall is VF/Exc. Scarce as boxed. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
