4" long by 6" tall celluloid and painted tin toy with built-in key marked "Made In Occupied Japan" 1940s. Celluloid boy wears a tie and hat and sits on painted tin tricycle. Toy works and travels in a circle as the bell attachment rings. Minor wear. Few paint nicks on handlebars. Still displays Exc.
