First is 7/8" cat peering from the product of "Bemis Bro. Bag Company St. Louis." By W&H with 1896-98 backpaper. Second is rabbit character looking much like Oswald using a toothbrush with text "Good Teeth Harding School." No backpaper or maker. c. 1930s and first we've seen. Next is 1" 1930s cartoon insect holding a pair of lightning bolts with text "Billy Bug Hollywood." Tiny text within circle reads "Trademark Reg." From the 1930s and we've seen once or twice before but can find no history on this character. Last is early rare 1" button picturing soft drink character boy with "Squirt" on his shirt and with text at lower right "Just Call Me Squirt." At bottom is text "Trade Mark ©1942 The Squirt Company." Very likely their first pinback using this character and the first we've seen. All are Exc. and display Mint.
