Item Description
24x36" printed by U.S. Government Oct. 1943. Text at lower bottom reads "Save/U.S. Army Conservation Program." This was for barracks use to promote soldiers' equipment conservation. Back of poster explains distribution of six posters per company, battery, troop or similar unit. Instructions for posting explains that "One Poster Will Displayed Prominently In Each Barrack/This Poster Will Be Put Up As Soon As Received, And Left Up For One Month." Folded as issued. Lt. wear at folds, tiny tears at fold crease intersections, .75" tear at bottom left corner. VF/Exc.
