1x3.5x6" tall box. Overall aging, a few splits at flaps, a few spots but still Fine. Unused pad is attached to metal base. Pad has nice embossed image. A few unused top memo sheets have curled, lt. wear to one corner edge. Still displays Exc. Scarce, especially boxed.
