Item Description
First is 3.5x5.5x.75" sewing kit w/original "J. & P. Coates Sewing And Mending Companion" slipcover. Side of slipcover lists contents of kit. Edge splits/handling wear. First we've seen of kit w/slipcover. Still displays Fine. Box and contents consisting of various J. & P. Coates threads remain complete and Mint as issued. Second is 3x6.5" card holding eight clothing buttons. Handwritten notation at top reads "New York World's Fair 1939 & 1940 Official Buttons." Card has corner creases. Fine. Buttons are N. Mint. Last is 3x4" card w/six novelty buttons. Card shows moderate creasing. Buttons are in the shape of fair buildings including the Trylon & Perisphere that reads "1939 New York World's Fair." Plastic buttons are N. Mint.
