15x23x16" tall assembled doll house. c. late 1940s by DeLuxe Game Corp. Die-cut characters/accessories attached to wood squares to make them stand. Characters include: Dick Tracy (repaired ankles), B.O. Plenty (with heavy creasing at neck), Gravel Gertie, Sparkle Plenty with cradle. Accessories include sign on top of house, B.O. Plenty mailbox, 2 street signs (one without base), "Room For Rent" sign and "No Vacancies" sign. Missing flower window boxes. Comes with 6 character portrait pieces. Lt. scattered wear with two 1.5" creases to pillars of "Sunny Dell Acres" gate. Moderate wear to die-cut flower pots. Fine overall.
