14.75x15.5" nice quality wood frame with antique look holds double mat with 7.5x10" opening around choice illustrated bkg. that contains set of six enameled metal pins. Bkg. features images of one-sheet posters for 5 early Mickey shorts "Ye Olden Days, The Klondike Kid, The Wayward Canary, The Whoopee Party, Building A Building." Relief mounted to each poster design is figural pin 1.25" to 2" tall, reproducing an image from that particular poster, 4 depict Mickey, center pin is of Mickey playing piano with Minnie atop. At top center is additional pin of Mickey as director. At bottom center is 1" dia. medallion featuring "Disney's Pin Trading Around The World" logo. From a very limited edition of just 50, artist was Martha Widener. Issued as an event exclusive at "Lights, Camera, Pins! - 80 Years Of Entertainment" held March 27, 2004 at the Walt Disney World Resort. Issued at $175 and an instant sell-out. Comes with certificate and original shipping box. Mint. A superb pin set. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
