Leather-like case with hinged lid contains watch with 1.25" dia. metal case. 1990s marked on back of case "Created By Fantasma Exclusively For The Disney Catalog/Special Edition." Dial features animated image of the Cheshire Cat, second hand disc has depiction of cat's eyes and mouth which rotate and line up to change the cat's facial expression from sleeping to wide awake with smile. Leather band. Mint and comes with warranty card. Neat design. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
