12.5x17.5" wood frame with double mat that has opening of 6.5x12" around the 7 different pins that are relief-mounted. Enameled metal pins are 1.25" to 2.25" tall and include title, Roger, Jessica, Benny the Cab, Baby Herman, Bongo the Gorilla and Smart Guy the Weasel Henchman. Bkg. scene features "Toontown" graphics. Mat and certificate individually numbered "1329/1988." Issued in 1998 to celebrate the 10th anniversary, issue price was $98.00 and this was an instant sell-out. Mint and comes with original plain cardboard shipping box. Great pin set. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
