Full color stiff heavy paper pages including front and back cover are perforated so they can be punched out and set up. 2x4" area at bottom of cover shows complete set with text reading "It's Fun To Set Up Your Own Cow Town." Inside cover gives directions to assemble the individual pieces. Included are Roy, Dale, buildings, horses, wagon, Nellybelle. Bw photos of Roy and Dale appear inside the horseshoe at the top of the cover. Book is unused, all punch-outs are complete. Lt. aging to front cover. .5x.75" color loss at top above horseshoe. Back cover bright, clean. Cover VF. Contents unused and N. Mint.
