Last is 10x15" ad from the "Herald And Examiner" dated Saturday, Sept. 10 (1938), the day before the first Lone Ranger comic strip. Large text announces the new strip. Smaller text reads "The Lone Ranger, Masked Idol Of Millions, Brings You His Hair Trigger Exploits In A Newspaper Feature Every Sunday, In Color. Follow His Thrilling Adventures With Tonto, His Indian Chief Friend And Silver, His Snow White Horse. On Monday, Sept. 12, The Lone Ranger Will Begin In The Chicago Evening American. Hi-Yo Silver."
