1949 General Mills premium with adjustable brass bands while top has telescoping tube that opens to 2" long. Brass frame on front has cut-out through which is inserted 8mm filmstrip and then the film is viewed by looking into the opposite end of the tube while the ring is held to the light. Film is titled "U.S. Marines" and has various frames of military men and military action scenes; however, of the original 25 frames this film is missing a few at start and finishes with 18 frames remaining. The ring itself is VF with much original luster. The film comes along and is scarce even if incomplete.
