Auction #196 - Part II
Item numbers 976 though 2670 in auction 196
Item Description
This button from 1933 is typically seen with the words "Safety Club" beneath his name. That version came in both 7/8" and 1.25" sizes issued by various sponsors of the radio program "Tarzan of the Apes." Also known and in the Hake book is a version like this with simply his name but that is in the 1.25" size and this is the first seen in the 7/8" size. Barely visible brown dot beneath the letter "A" and reverse has trivial oxidation on the metal back. Tiniest brown stain also on the reverse celluloid edge but front still displays essentially Mint.
