American Thermos Co. © Roy Rogers 1953. This lunch box was produced in several varieties, this is branded cowhide back w/multi-scene front. Pictured on front are Roy and Trigger, Dale and Buttercup as well as Bullet and Nellybelle. Blue band variety. Scattered edge wear w/some traces of bare metal showing. Bottom has "RR" brand decal w/serial number "390241" which matches decal number on inside lid. Box remains bright and glossy, VF. Comes w/original 8.25" tall metal thermos w/plastic cup. Thermos has image of Roy on a rearing Trigger amidst herd of cattle. Tiny paint nick to Trigger's neck. Still glossy and bright. VF. Decals show moderate aging but are complete.
