Script is for Episode 69 "The Contaminated Cowl" which first aired Jan. 4, 1967 (though cover is dated November 23, 1966) and starred David Wayne as villain The Mad Hatter. Script was written by Charles Hoffman and notes Executive Producer William Dozier and Producer Howie Horwitz in addition to "Greenway Productions In Association With Twentieth Century Fox Television, Inc." notation at bottom. Script has a few different color pages at end signifying last minute revisions. Cover has handling wear/dust soiling with scattered age spotting. Fine with Exc./N. Mint contents.
