Pair of 11x17" thin cardboard signs promoting "The Amazing Spider-Man" daily strip that ran in newspapers c. late 1970s. First sign has full-color image of Spider-Man and states "Starts In Bee Comics January 3rd." Small bw inset image of bee character holding newspapers marked w/letter "B." Walt Disney design w/his facsimile signature. 1x1.5" ft. moisture stain in lower left corner. Lt. aging and margin wear. Fine/VF. Second sign has red/blue image of Spider-Man and text "Coming Your Way Every Day In The Evening Sun And In Full Color In The Sunday Sun." Lt. handling/aging w/heavy 1" crease in lower left corner. .75x4" area of staining in upper right side margin. Fine+. From the James Gallo Collection.
