Issues include #s 3-5. Marvel Comics. Published between Jul.-Oct., 1963. Issue #3 features first appearance of Spider-Man villain Dr. Octopus. Issue #4 features first appearance of Spider-Man villain The Sandman and issue #5 features appearance of Doctor Doom. All issues written by Stan Lee with art by Steve Ditko. Issues #3 and #5 show moderate wear, particularly at spine where small tears and surface paper loss show. Covers have moderate handling wear with creases. Fair/Good overall. Issue #4 shows lt. traces of wear with some chips to right-hand side of front cover. Two .25-.5" tape repairs to covers. Good/VG. Lot includes key issues featuring first appearances of 2 of Spider-Man's major villains.
