Marvel Comics. Jul., 1964. Issue features first appearance of Spider-Man's archnemesis The Green Goblin. Classic issue also features an appearance of the Incredible Hulk and subsequent fight between him and Spider-Man. Issue was written by Stan Lee with art by Steve Ditko. Handling wear with pinch creases to spine and creasing at cover corners. VG.
