4x5.75" thin glossy sheet has two barely visible hairline folds, but totally clean. Shows Harding at center surrounded by Ohio "Republican Candidate(s)" For Governor (Davis), Senator (Willis)" and six black men running for "Representative" or "State Senator." Below is a quotation "Credited To 'Senator Harding At Oklahoma City October 9, 1920'" which reads "I Want You To Know That I Believe In Equality Before The Law. That Is One Of The Guarantees Of The American Constitution. You Cannot Give One Right To A White Man And Deny The Same Right To A Black Man."
