Shows Harding at center surrounded by Ohio "Republican Candidate(s)" For Governor (Davis), Senator (Willis)" and six black men running for "Representative" or "State Senator." Below is a quotation "Credited To 'Senator Harding At Oklahoma City October 9, 1920'" which reads "I Want You To Know That I Believe In Equality Before The Law. That Is One Of The Guarantees Of The American Constitution. You Cannot Give One Right To A White Man And Deny The Same Right To A Black Man."
