Item Description
2.5x7x7" tall tin litho toy with built-in key. Nifty. ©1924 King Features Syndicate, Inc. Barney holds original string reins. Spark Plug wears his traditional horse blanket with simulated patches, each side bears "Spark Plug" name as well as creator "DeBeck" signature. Toy works and as it travels forward, Barney rocks back and forth as Spark Plug moves his head up and down and tail wags. Complete, all original and working. Moderate typical scattered paint nicks, wear and aging. Factory paint touch-ups over entire surface area of Spark Plug's blanket in 1.5x3" area. Fine.
