Item Description
11" tall faux fur-covered plush dog with cloth "Howdy Doody" sailor's cap. Soft vinyl snout and felt paws. Rushton Co. copyright on hat. 1955. Hat has name and Howdy Doody face on brim. Shaggy sheep dog came in 2 positions - lying and sitting. This is the sitting version. Rushton Co. tag on back foot. Fur has aged considerably but still clean overall. Hat and plush are both Fine. Rare.
