Item Description
Lot of four. Each lantern comes w/original box. Late 1950s-1960s. First is 2-3/8x2-3/8x4" box w/text "Jack O'lantern Battery Operated. Illustration on sides show witch holding broom. Box contains 2-3/8" dia. base by 3.75" tall lantern. Painted tin and plastic. Works. Base and box are marked "Japan." Second is 3x3x4.5" box w/text "Pumpkin Lantern Battery Operated/Made In British Hong Kong." Box contains 3" dia. base by 4" tall glass and tin lantern. Not working but Exc. Third is 3x3x4.5" tall plastic version of previous item. Text reads "Plastic" instead of "Pumpkin." Box contains 3x4" tall plastic and tin lantern. Exc. Fourth is 3x3x5" tall box w/text "Skull Lantern/Practical Safe Useful/With Double Action Switch/One Blinks On And Off/One Stays On Permanently. Made In Hong Kong." Box top and bottom read "Rose Brand." Contains 3" dia. base by 5" tall glass and chrome lantern. Works. Exc. All boxes show lt. wear, mostly at flaps. All lanterns display Exc.
