Item Description
Lot of eleven 11x14" lobby cards for 1944 Columbia serial starring Joan Woodbury as Brenda Starr. Film adaptation of Dale Messick's comic strip. Pair of cards for Chapter 5 "The Big Boss Speaks" including title card. Pair of cards for Chapter 6 "Man Hunt!" Pair of cards for Chapter 7 "Hideout Of Terror." Includes one scene showing Brenda Starr "Slugging A Heel With A Heel!" as she hits man over head with her shoe. Four cards from Chapter 9 "Dark Magic" including title card. Last card is from Chapter 13 "The Mystery Of The Payroll." Woodbury is pictured on each card. One card has 2" tear and pair of other cards have inked date in upper right. Scattered wear with pinholes/dust soiling and edge wear. Fine overall.
