Item Description
Official Boy Scouts of America shirt and short pants with "Boy Scouts Of America" brass buttons. 4" dia. patch was issued only to participants in the service camp. Scouts were brought in for a one-week stay at the Fair and were used as tour guides, ushers, etc. Patches were only obtained upon the scout's participation. Tags inside back of shirt give scout's name and label indicates "Official Boy Scouts of America Uniform/Sweet-Orr Union Made." No size is given. Pants are a bit lighter than shirt. Overall both remain sturdy and clean. One of only 2 seen in 40 years. Rare.
