Item Description
10.5x13.5x2.5" deep box. ©1943. Paper Products Division Electric Corp. of America. Box lid text explains the acronym "WEFTO" stands for "Wings-Engine-Fuselage-Tail-Other Points." Name is repeated on all 4 sides with various plane silhouettes. All 4 corners appear to have old paper tape reinforcement. Lt. surface dust. Box o/w remains sturdy. Fine. Box comes with instructions. When folded, bottom is then used as a 'grab box' in which the game pieces are placed. Eighteen 6x6.75" un-punched cards each have 3 plane silhouettes with plane name in upper left corner. Large silhouette is to be punched out and put into box. Two "Good Gremlins" - 2 "Bad Gremlins" are added to the mix to act as jokers and aces would in a card game. All cards are un-punched. Nice design with all major WWII planes. Cards Exc. First we've seen in our 42 years.
