Item Description
9.25x12.25" brown paper envelope holds 8.75x12" spiral-bound "The 1946 Esquire Varga Calendar," complete with 12 monthly pages of Vargas pin-ups and factory error extra Oct. page for a total of 13 sheets. Each pin-up is accompanied by short descriptive verse by Phil Stack. Highlights include several bathing beauties and classic Vargas portrait of girl with large floppy hat. Envelope also has printed image of a Vargas girl. Both printed in 1945 by Esquire Inc. for the 1946 year. Calendar has lt. handling wear/aging but is complete and intact. VF/Exc. Envelope shows wear with small tears at edges and .25x.5" hole. VG/Fine. Comes with "The Varga Girl Esky Card Set #7." 4-7/8x7.25" bw envelope shows moderate wear. VG. Contains complete set of six 4.5x7" full color postcards featuring Vargas pin-ups featured in Esquire. Exc.
