3.5x5.5". ©1948 Nat'l Comics Publications. Card front features 4-panel story of Superman and Tim wishing Superman a happy birthday. Reverse has postmark and imprint of "Happy Birthday From Your Superman-Tim Store" and dancing cake. Oct. 28, 1949 postmark. Lt. wear from postal issue with a few creases at corners. Fine/VF.
