28.5x40”. Issued by US Government Printing Office 1942. Notice artist/illustrator “Ben Shahn” name appears at bottom right. Noticeable folds likely as issued when viewed in reflected light. Linen-backed Trace of color loss on center vertical fold. Color touch-up to center face area. Noticeable under close inspection. A powerful image and text. VG. Would benefit from framing and display VF.
