.75x6x7.5" shield-shaped wooden plaque w/3.5" dia. enamel on brass center attachment. Gold lettering at top reads "3rd Running Broad Jump." Gold lettering at bottom reads "Sam Klein." Bright orange/blue enameling at center shows "The Man Building" w/white enameled Trylon and Perisphere behind. Brass center is 1/8" domed w/st. concave area across the word "Man." Brass plate has text along bottom margin © P of H Inc. Text in white on back of plaque reads "Genuine American Walnut/Stamped With 22-1/2 K Gold/Plaque Of Honor Inc. New York/Pat. Pend. Made In U.S.A." Brass ring attached to back designed for hanging. Scattered st. scuffs to wood finish. Lettering and color Exc.
