Item Description
Lot of two items. First is 1x6x8" box w/text on lid including "Battle Action! Thrills! Adventure!" Side text includes "Frost Toy Co. Worcester, Mass., U.S.A." Lid illustrations show silhouettes of battleships and aircraft. Box has printed insert w/space to hold .75" thick wood/rubber stamps. Each stamp is identified w/its corresponding image. Included are aircraft carrier/bomber/battleship/destroyer/submarine/cruiser/jet plane/burst/transport. Center of insert holds 2.25x3" tin ink pad that has dried. Stamps are unused. Lt. surface dust on box lid o/w Exc. 1x7x10" "V For Victory Game." Side of box includes text "Products Of Toy Creations Inc. New York, N.Y." Game consists of six 6.75x6.75" thick cardboard "V" cards, five of which are designed to be punched out to be used as jigsaw puzzle. Box insert holds 1.5x3.5" cardboard frame holding 3" glass and sand egg times. Game was apparently for multiple players to see who could assemble puzzles the quickest or to beat the clock. Puzzles are unpunched. Lt. corner rubs to box lid o/w VF.
