8.25x8.5" cardboard display card with attached book and box of crayons is Whitman set No. 3059, ©1936. Top of display features image of Mickey resting against a large crayon and staring at a picture he has drawn of Minnie. Bottom margin of card features "Color Blending Guide." Attached at center is 4x5.25" softcover book with "160 Pages Of Mickey Mouse Pictures To Color." The bw pages feature illustrations based on several early Mickey shorts including the Moose Hunt and the Mail Pilot. Attached next to the book is box which holds complete amount of 6 crayons which remain unused. Entire front of this item has color fade. However, otherwise shows very little wear. Display itself has minor wear at corner tips. Book shows just the slightest aging with tiniest traces of edge wear. Aside from the fading, still an exceptional example, overall Fine. Very rare with only about 5 known examples, the only other one we've offered in one of our auctions sold for $2,300 and was in lesser condition.
