Item Description
7/8" with W&H backpaper c. 1900. We had this same design in Auction #189. On that, the tiny text beneath the bird read "Copyright 1897 E.I. duPont de Nemours." On this example the text reads "Copyright 1897 by E.I. DuPont Co." This example has lightly tanned lettering and a darker tan area above the bird's back but no individual spotting so the piece still displays Fine with gloss.
