Item Description
Each is a 13/16" litho from the 1930s with text on the reverse "Yank Junior Airplane Series." These are 15 of 19 in the set. The 4 missing are Boeing Army Bi-plane P-12-E, Ford Tri-Motored Transport, Graf Zeppelin and Largest Air Liner Clipper Ship - No. 5. Among the more famous planes included in the group are Admiral Byrd's South Pole plane, several Boeing military planes, Captain Rickenbacker's coast-to-coast plane, Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis, Wright bi-plane and Admiral Byrd's North Pole plane. Very tiny dent on "Boeing Bomber" and small line of darker paint on "Navy Curtiss Racing Sea Plane." Others are VF to Exc.
