7.75x10.25" card stock has text on front that reads "Walt Disney, His Staff And All The Folks 'Make Mine Music' Wish You The Best And Happiest Of New Years." Text is surrounded by different colored musical notes. Card opens to reveal 1946 calendar surrounded by illustrations of characters from the film plus tiles "Willie The Whale, Casey At The Bat, Peter And The Wolf," as well as 3 others. Mostly white cover has overall light trace of aging but still N. Mint.
