Item Description
First is 5.5" tall fabric badge with reverse stickpin holding tin rimmed celluloid inscribed with the initials of the organization National Editorial Association plus the date 1894. Silver lettering on the fabric reads "Honorary Press, Asbury Park." Reverse has name of maker W&H. Beautifully constructed badge and exceptionally early use of celluloid. N. Mint, displaying Mint. Next is 2.25" long plastic encased badge reading "Navy Exhibition/Navy Pier/(hand lettered) Press 3." Very minor age. Next is 2.25" long metal frame badge with cello window at center over card reading "Press." Issued for "Coin Machine Industries Annual Meeting." c. 1930s or 40s with name of maker on bottom edge Geraghty on bottom edge. Essentially Mint. The next 3 are well-made enamel on brass with stickpin and clutch reverse. All are for the annual Chicago auto show. All say "Press." Each has a year and the group includes 55th event in 1963, 56th event in 1964 and 59th event in 1967. All display Mint.
