This album and set of 48 cards is totally different from any of the US issues (see items #1903-1904) issued by Bilsland Bros. Ltd. Album is 4x6.25" with 48 pages. Set of 48 numbered picture cards, each 2.75x4.25" have been neatly mounted at appropriate spots. Page borders feature repeated images of Mickey, Minnie and their nephews, Goofy, Clarabelle. Cover art features Mickey placing pictures in place on the front, Donald with pictures pasted to himself on the back. What makes these cards interesting is the fact that a number of characters are featured that are not on any of the US cards. This includes Donald Duck, Toby Tortoise, Elmer Elephant, Three Little Pigs, Clarabelle, Peter Pig, Little Red Riding Hood, Goofy. Cover noticeably aged with scattered margin wear, tip off corner of front cover and first page. Cover VG. Pages lightly aged but overall Fine/VF while cards themselves appear Exc. as mounted. Rare.
