Item Description
Embossed brass bar and chain hold double-sided 1.75" celluloid. Front displays workers in cotton field with black woman in foreground balancing huge basket full of cotton on her head. Reverse has pair of American flags on poles. W&H name appears on bottom edge of each side. Small and trivial tarnish dot on the front brass rim but o/w displays Mint. First we've seen. Rare.
