First seen 1.25" known, from the original source, to be issued for a group from Denver, Colorado. In reflected light there is some slightly heavier than normal scratching to the celluloid surface but nothing deep enough to break the color and the scratching is essentially invisible under normal viewing. Fine and displays Mint. A rare limited issue.
