Item Description
In Auction #192 we had a button with similar design also issued by J.I. Case Threshing Machine Co. picturing Robert E. Lee issued for 1902 reunion. This time, the reunion was in 1904 and the button pictures "Gen. Gordon." The event was held in Nashville, Tenn. Trivial age on W&H backpaper. Cello has exceedingly trivial wear in reflected light but remains Exc. and displays Mint. Hake book Collectible Pin-Back Buttons photo example Civil War section #48. Comes with Hake's COA.
