Item Description
These large buttons from the Levin Collection are much scarcer than the typical 1.75". The curl of each includes a United Features Syndicate with copyright date along with text referencing Peanuts characters and the name of their creator Charles M. Schulz. In addition, the company that made the button is named on each curl "Simon Simple Orig. Orange, N.J." Back of each has a bar pin plus a fold-out cardboard easel that is unused. The first button showing Snoopy's dog house has a 1965 copyright although we've seen a similar design with a 1966 copyright. Second button with the "New Philosophy" theme has 1966 copyright. Third button with the "Stamping Out!" theme has a 1967 copyright. Fourth button with "Secretaries" theme and showing Woodstock with Snoopy has 1970 copyright. All are Exc. to Mint and display Mint.
